How its work

Employees log in to add their time

Registration and account set up are simple and quick. Employees can submit their time each day of the work week. At the end of the week, they will submit the time straight to the employer.

Employers are alerted to new timesheets

Employers can log into their timecard portal to view all timesheets ready for review. Timesheets can also be sent, reviewed, and approved through email.

Timesheets are reviewed and approved

Have multiple employees at different worksites? Timesheets can be organized by each worksite and are always archived to simplify auditing.

Our process begins by working with our clients to gain a thorough understanding of their position and the critical success factors associated with their needs. We document these requirements and then verify the documented requirements with the client to ensure accuracy and thoroughness before any recruiting actually begins.

Our employment specialists (with more than 10 years of combined experience) are highly trained and experienced in a broad range of placement venues. They are continually trained on newer approaches to recruiting healthcare candidates.

We maintain an extensive database of qualified candidates and also utilize nationally known outside services. With this large pool of talent to draw from, we can efficiently match a candidate’s skill level with our client’s specific requirements. We can have a proposal with corresponding resumes for our client in a very timely manner. Most of the time, our healthcare workers can be on the job within one to seven days.

Customized to each of our client’s needs, we complete a variety of direct skills testing, drug testing, and candidate background checking at the local, county, state, and national levels. Our recruiting process also includes our own face-to-face or Remote interviews of pre-qualified candidates prior to submission to our client. This process enables us to deliver the highest quality candidate available consistently.
